Once upon a time, there were two corporate business women from Tampa. They worked tirelessly by day and were looking for a diversion for their free time on week-ends. They were also very good cooks and loved pickles. So, they decided to try their hand at pickling.
They researched recipes, talked to local picklers and studied the proper methods for processing the jars. They began by pickling cucumbers like most folks but it just wasn’t enough. So they continued to experiment with other vegetables. And wow! They stumbled upon their signature item – spicy green beans. From there the combinations of vegetables and pickling solutions were endless.
Friends from near and far sampled their pickles and were impressed with what these two gals had created. Some even wanted to buy them for gifts for their friends. The two women thought, "how about selling to people we don’t know?" And so it began.
The freshest ingredients available were used with loving care to create what has grown to six delicious treats to tantalize the taste buds. Everything Pickled was born and you now have to opportunity to please your family and friends with these tasty and spicy treats from the garden.
