TRY OUR GUTSY GARBANZO HUMMUS
(Makes 8 servings)
½ C plain nonfat yogurt
2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. olive oil
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. ground allspice

Hummus sometimes includes tahini, a paste made from ground sesame seeds. You can add a teaspoon or so. But, you can substitute creamy peanut butter for a great fake. Adding this flavor is a personal preference.
